Account Information: When you choose to sign in using Google or Apple authentication to sync your garden across devices, we collect your name, email address, and unique account identifier provided by the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple passwords.
Cognitive & Gameplay Progress: When signed in, your game state, garden item positions, memory puzzle completion statistics, and cognitive scores are encrypted in transit and saved to our secure database to enable cloud synchronization.
Feedback & Bug Reports: If you use our in-game "Feature Request" or "Feedback" forms, we receive your message, optional email address, and timestamp strictly for improving game mechanics and responding to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

To restore and sync your virtual garden and cognitive scores across your devices.
To calculate cognitive recall trends and display personalized memory progress graphs.
To maintain persistent sessions so you do not have to repeatedly log in.
To diagnose technical issues, patch bugs, and optimize loading performance.
To respond to player feedback and support requests.

3. Data Storage, Isolation & Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:

Strict Data Isolation: Game data is strictly isolated per authenticated user ID. In-memory session state is cleared immediately when you log out.
Encryption: All data transmissions between your browser or mobile app and our servers use Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
No Ad Trackers: We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, behavioural trackers, or data broker beacons.

4. Third-Party Authentication Providers

MindBloom provides single sign-on options for your convenience:

Google Sign-In: Governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We only request basic profile info (email, name, profile image).
Sign in with Apple: Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You may utilize Apple's "Hide My Email" relay feature to keep your personal email private.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

MindBloom uses local storage (HTML5 LocalStorage) and essential session tokens strictly necessary for game functionality:

mindbloom_token: Your authenticated JWT token to authenticate requests with the cloud save API.
mindbloom_user_profile: Cached user profile info for responsive session hydration.
mindBloomGarden:guest:gameState and mindBloomGarden:user:<id>:gameState: Local cache of your flowers and garden layout.

We do not use tracking cookies or marketing pixels.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data:

Access and Export: You can view your complete garden and statistics in the game at any time.
Account and Data Deletion: You may request immediate and permanent deletion of your cloud account and all associated data at any time via our dedicated self-service Account & Data Deletion Request Page, via our in-game Sanctuary Menu, or by emailing us at playmindbloomgame@qht.io. All user records, game saves, cognitive puzzle logs, and payment identifiers will be permanently removed.
Guest Data Removal: You can wipe local guest data at any time simply by clearing your browser's site data/cache for this domain or using the quick-wipe tool on our data deletion page.

7. Children's Privacy

MindBloom is designed as a relaxing, family-friendly game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal info, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Changes to this Policy
